During my recent stay at the NH Collection Brussels Centre, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary delights offered at Le Rossini Restaurant conveniently located on the ground floor, just a stone's throw away from my room. The breakfast buffet at the hotel ensured a balanced and healthy start to my day, with an array of choices that catered to every palate, giving me the energy I needed for a day of exploring the nearby shopping venues on Nieuwstraat and cultural establishments like the opera house on Muntplein.I indulged in some unique food and drink experiences at nearby eateries such as Vitalgaufre and Belga Queen, immersing myself in the vibrant culinary scene of Brussels. The proximity of these establishments to the hotel made dining out a seamless and enjoyable part of my stay.the hotel's gastronomic offerings added another layer of enjoyment to my travel experience, further highlighting Brussels' reputation as a food lover's paradise.
